Off-the-shelf systems come in fixed widths, so you end up with filler strips, gaps above the doors and a corner nobody can reach. We measure every wall, slope and bulkhead and build the closet to it, right up to the ceiling.

Inside, it is planned around what you own: double hanging for shirts, long hang for coats and dresses, drawers with dividers, shoe shelves, a valet rod and lighting that switches on when the door opens.

## Things people ask before they call

How long does a custom closet take?

Usually 4 to 8 weeks from signed drawings to install, longer for large walk-ins with special finishes. The install itself takes 1 to 3 days.

Is custom worth it compared to IKEA PAX?

PAX is good value for a spare room. Custom makes sense where fixed widths waste space: sloped ceilings, odd walls, full-height wardrobes, walk-ins with an island, or when you want it to match your kitchen.

Can you match my kitchen cabinets?

Yes. Our closets and kitchens are built on the same cabinetry system and colour collections, so doors and hardware can match throughout the house.

Can you add lighting?

Yes. LED strips in shelves and rods, sensor lights that switch on with the door, and lit mirrors. A licensed electrician wires it during install.

Do you only do closets, or the whole room?

Both. We can install just the closet, or renovate the whole bedroom, ensuite or basement around it with the same licensed trade partners.

## The Country Renovations Process

1. **Free Site Visit (Day 1).** We measure the space, assess existing conditions, and discuss design and scope options at no charge.
2. **Written Fixed-Price Quote (within 5 business days).** Line-itemed proposal — material, labour, prep work, contingency, timeline. No “TBD” categories.
3. **Design & Selections.** Material samples, colour and finish selections, integration drawings where required.
4. **Permits & Engineering (if applicable).** Building permit, structural engineering, ESA filing for any electrical scope.
5. **Build & Install.** On-site work with daily check-ins. Single accountable point of contact throughout.
6. **Final Inspection & Handover.** Walk-through, deficiency completion, warranty package, and a complete site clean.
