Commercial · Toronto & GTA
We build the spaces your business runs on.
Clinics, retail plazas, offices and restaurants. One accountable team from pre-construction to handover, with the millwork shop behind some of Toronto's most photographed interiors.
Built with precision. Delivered on schedule.
Our commercial work began with retail plazas and medical clinics across the GTA. Today the same licensed carpenters, electricians and plumbers that build our residential projects deliver commercial fit-outs, backed by a custom millwork partner and a project manager who answers to you. We plan every job backwards from your opening date.

How commercial jobs run
Planned backwards from your opening date
- 01
Site review
Walk the space, read the landlord package, flag code and permit issues before pricing.
- 02
Fixed-price proposal
Itemized, with a dated schedule and the trades listed. No open-ended allowances.
- 03
Permits
Building, ESA electrical, plumbing and health permits handled, landlord kept in the loop.
- 04
Build around you
Nights, weekends and phased work so you can stay open where possible. Daily supervision.
- 05
Close-out
Final inspections, deficiencies cleared, as-builts and warranties handed over.
How long does a commercial fit-out take?
Most retail and office fit-outs in Toronto run 3 to 10 weeks on site. Restaurants and clinics with new mechanical and plumbing sit at the longer end. You get a dated schedule with the proposal.
Do we need a building permit?
Almost always for commercial work: any change to layout, plumbing, electrical, ventilation or exits needs a City permit, and restaurants and clinics add health approvals. We prepare and file the applications.
Are you insured for commercial sites?
Yes. WSIB clearance and $5M general liability on every job, with certificates provided to the landlord or property manager before we start.
