Interior build-out, Millwork, Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing

A full interior build-out in Forest Hill, delivered in collaboration with Nunu Interior Design. Nunu set the design direction; Country Renovations turned it into a finished home, executing every detail of the interior design on site. All millwork was built and installed by our team: the kitchen, wall panelling, built-in storage and feature cabinetry, fitted to the drawings and to the house. Behind the finishes, our own licensed trades handled the complete electrical, HVAC and plumbing scope, from rough-in and new circuits to ductwork, ventilation and fixture installation, so the mechanical work was planned around the design rather than forced through it. One contractor, one schedule, and a result that looks exactly like the renderings.

Foresthill- Latimer Avenue Landscaping Project

Landscaping & paving

A complete backyard rebuild on Latimer Avenue in Forest Hill. The existing yard was uneven, overgrown and sat too high against the house, so we started from zero: stripped the old surface, excavated and lowered the grade to the right level for drainage and for the new doors, then compacted a proper engineered base to survive Toronto freeze-thaw cycles. On top of that base we built the design: large-format natural stone paving, clean retaining edges, planting beds and lawn strips laid out to the drawings, and a steel pergola anchored into the structure to define the dining area. Grading, drainage, stonework, steel and planting were all carried out by our own crew, so the finished yard reads as one piece rather than a series of separate jobs.

Millwork

Floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobes designed, built, and installed by our own millwork team. Flat-panel doors in a soft matte finish with integrated LED lighting, drawer banks, adjustable shelving, and a fitted workspace nook, all scribed to the walls and ceiling so nothing reads as furniture. Electrical for the lighting and outlets was run by our electricians before the units went in.
