Mechanical is the part of a renovation you never see and always feel. Country Renovations coordinates plumbing, electrical and heating, ventilation and air conditioning as one scope, so rough-ins land in the right walls, inspections pass the first time, and nobody is waiting on another contractor's schedule. All work is done by licensed trades and permitted through ESA and the City.

Why one contract matters
When plumbing, electrical and HVAC come from three different companies, the gaps between them become your problem: a duct in the way of a drain, a circuit nobody pulled, an inspection nobody booked. We own the whole mechanical scope, sequence it with framing and drywall, and include it in your fixed-price contract.
