Accurate pricing
We plan for the risks old houses hide and manage costs from day one. Nobody can foresee every surprise, but the budget you sign up front is the amount you should pay.
Quality assurance
A written checklist keeps our workmanship consistent, with daily on-site inspections by your project manager and regular check-ins with you, so you have peace of mind at every step.
Cleanliness
We keep the site clean throughout the build, with materials and tools kept off your property. When we finish, we arrange a free professional clean so you move into a clean home.

We hired Country Renovation to complete our intended project. We have fully renovated our main floor and basement as they were old and out of style. We are absolutely satisfied with the way everything was handled from our initial discussion with Niso, prior to the commencement of the renovations till the last day of the project.
I can't say enough how happy we are in regards to the customer service and workmanship of Niso and the team. I was slightly nervous that the project may not be completed before the holidays as our decision process took longer than anticipated. Everything worked out great.
We highly recommend you go with Country Renovation for your next project. You won't regret it.

Country Renovation did a full renovation on the exterior of my home in the summer of 2022. Stucco, eavestroughs and downspouts, lights, front door, painting, and lots more.
Everything you would wish for in a renovation was top notch. The workers were courteous, efficient and got their jobs done quickly. They cleaned up and I didn't have to deal with any mess.
The quality of the work was excellent. You would not believe how many compliments we received from the neighbours!
The price of the work was fair, and Country Renovation honoured the quote and did not try and request more money for "additional work" outside the scope of the agreement.
The company representative kept me up-to-date on the work schedule and continually asked if we were satisfied with the work.
I have recommended Country Renovation to many of my friends.
